Title: Replacement hood foam for great northern

Hey guys I want to replace the foam in my adjustable GN.  Is there any tricks or hints I should know about before I start digging the old one out.  Can't find any videos on YouTube on going about this.  I'm sure it's pretty simple but just want to do it right. Thanks

its just pushed in--comes out easy
