Hey Gang,
Just wondering if you guys and gals can help out TUSX. We're in the process of working on another order of product and recently we've been receiving request for solid colors.
Could you please vote on TUSX's survey poll which will help to collect data that will be used to support future decision making.
The question on the poll is,"How often do you wear camouflage clothing while out hunting?"
Below is the link to the poll

Thank you!

though i almost always hunt in camo it would be great if it was also available in solid. the stone shirt and pants would make great fishing gear too especially in the tropical north here in australia.
-
Yeah Mate,
We've been getting a bunch of inquiries from fisherman in the Pacific as well as in the East Coast. Many fisherman/hunters have been chatting with Tony down in Australia.
If we can generate enough interest we'd love to have solid colors available for all those interested in the outdoors.

I'm kinda the other way around, there's rarely ever a time that I'm NOT wearing some kind of camo...It's my favorite color! Lol! I don't wear sandals, but frequently wear socks with my slippers! :saywhat:

Only when I hunt.
Would not want normal public to think I belong to that TV crowd.
-
Deer, turkey; always. Yotes & squirrels; sometimes.

Only when I hunt.

whats wrong with wearing socks with sandals ! If you don't wear socks with your sandals here in January and February your feet get chilly. And in the winter, we wear calf high socks cause our shorts just won't quite keep us warm enough in the deep snow.

Only when I hunt for the most part.
Some of my specialty gear like rainwear is camo because I cant afford to much. I like the option of solid colors for blind hunting though
-
I mostly wear camo casually, around the yard. I like it for sentimental reasons more than anything else and am fond of associating with things I like. When I wear camo hunting its because that is all that I can find that particular garment in. When given a choice I'll buy solids for my hunting gear. I truly can't say why but I don't like to wear camo when I hunt. :knothead:
-
Is a ghillie suit considered "camo". I never wear it to church or to the mall. Folks aren't ready for that . . yet.
I am really moving toward muted colors and plaids or similar and away from camo, but I still have a ton of camo so I do wear it, but only for hunting or at times, an occasion like a 3D shoot where others of a feather gather. I tend to don the camo once I get to the parking place or to an area near my tree or stand, and not from home.

I wear some camo hunting and around house. I am able to buy camo on base so when I found out the Marine camo has bug repellant in it I bought a pair of trousers for shooting at range. They kept off the ticks which seem to like me.
Right now at new shooting digs it is shorts and tee shirts.

Thank you for voting on our poll Gang! We really appreciate it!!!

A camo cap every day, camo always when hunting.
-
camo is over rated
-
I wear it in the garage. Stains and pzint a dirt do not show up and it saves my T shirts from shoots
Donnot care who sees me in my shop
-
I wear camo if it blends into my surrounding when hunting. Prefer Asbell plaids or those found in Pendleton shirts. Seldom wear my hunting gear in public but not because of looks. Don't want to expose my gear to unwanted smells or spillage. :campfire:
-
I wear at least a camo shirt or jacket every time I hunt. Camo pants if I'm off the ground!
-
The only non-camo clothes I wear when I hunt is the black shirts I wear when in a ground blind. I guess in reality, those black shirts are "camo", appropriate for that situation!

Solid colored fabric also helps in locating ticks.

Completed the survey.....interesting results for sure. I would be interested in solid colors as well.
Appreciate being asked.

For me this is the two best camouflage ! Predator and prey . Merino wool !

I often wear some form of it but don't always go head to toe in it. I frequently have solid pants and/or plaid shirts. When small game hunting, I usually just go in whatever I am wearing.
-
I wear camo most of the time when hunting, but in the last couple of years, I have been using more plaid. I don't like to wear solids, as they make you look like a big blob that stands out against a wooded background.
-
I wear it hunting and sometimes when I'm not hunting. I'm not one of those that thinks every piece has to match, mine don't for sure. I also don't think there's anything wrong with wearing it when you're not hunting, just casually. Of coarse I've never been accused of making a fashion statement either, lol.......

Sorry I couldn't resist.
Always when hunting, never in public. Unless I'm returning from hunting. Lots of "camo companies" make solids. I don't necessarily wear them.
-
Always when hunting since those clothes get sprayed down with tick spray. Never when not hunting except a camo cap.
-
Traditional camo...rarely. Plaid wool gets my thumbs up:)
-
Normally, when I'm hunting. Mostly because it's the most functional for the purpose at hand. Will wear it sometimes when I'm not hunting too. Guess I'm kinda proud to be part of "That crowd". Besides, it's my favorite color.

My outfits generally have surplus camo pants, wool plaid coats, camo hat, brown right glove, camo left glove. Nothing matches, absolutely nothing.
-
I wear some camo, some khaki, some flannel. Really whatever I've got that works. I've never noticed a difference between commercial patterns like mossy oak, army stamp, or even khaki or flannel to be honest.
-
Always while turkey hunting. Never when hunting anything else. Plaids for me....

I'm confident I'd be just as successful without camo but it has been my hunting "uniform" for more than 45 years. I always hunt in camo.
The stuff I swear by now is more for comfort, durability, and design than for its pattern. However, the pattern is, I think quite good at "confusing" my shape and minor movements.
I don't wear it when not hunting.
-
I wear camo on every hunt.
-
Huh? Is this a trick question? :D Everytime. Even my socks and shoes are camo!
