Down south we have the Red Rock Bowmen at the Southern Utah Shooting Sports Complex (quite a mouthful).  http://www.redrockbowmen.com/
Cedar City has Ats Quero, but I don't much about it other than they have a range up cedar canyon.

Red Rock BOwmen is about 70% wheelly, but we have a quite a few trad guys, like Mel Langless, me and Jim King, some others I don't know well. 2nd and 4th Sat per month open to the public, but for $40 a year you can shoot any day as long as you close the gate.

We have a 3-d course with old targets, and a 14 target hunters course with 2 "treestands" at ranges from 20-80 yds, plus the 20-80 prctice butts.

We do a 3D shoot about 6-7 times a year, and run about 1500 kids through for scouts/ churches, plus the Huntsman Senior Games ever year.
