Caught this cat on trail camera 8/4 same day I set the camera trap. I made a mock scrape under a wild apple tree it was amazing how many animals stopped to check it out. No big bucks yet though, I'm still on the hunt!

That looks like a sizeable cat. In the video, his spots don't show up, making him look like a solid tan color. Do you have a season on bobcats?

Season is Jan 1-11, they do change color a bit and are more brown in summer months, I need to get my traps dyed, thanks for reminding me.

Saw one near Traverse City, MI in the fall maybe 9 years ago. Spots visible. Coworker used phone to video a Bobcat about 2 weeks ago here in Chesapeake, VA. It was walking across a parking lot in an industrial park. Tan in color. Looks like he has not posted the vid. on Youtube. I'll try to touch base w/ him on that. Cool animals.

Cool looking cat. We have seen them in the yard and on the sidewalk a couple of times. beautiful animals=but not on my list! :archer:
