Just a few pics. to get going....I can't thank Troy Breeding enough for the veneers, I would tell anyone to look him up. He works fast, and his veneers are something to marvel at.
As for Rich at Yellowstone custom bows....I have always loved shooting the Hunter, it may be small, but make no mistake, it aint a kids bow. I had one several years ago, but like so many folks, I moved on and always had to try the next bow. After many years, and more than many bows, I decided to go back to where it all started, and with this bow I don't think I will be sorry for it! It shoots my new arrows great, and feels like a dream! I will post some proper full profile pics. when I am out hunting this weekend.

And finally, some pics. that show off the talent that Troy, and Rich bring out of the wood. The bow is a Yellowstone hunter by Rich Wormington, 60" 60 @ 26". The veneers are bocote that transition to osage, that transition back to bocote made by Troy Breeding. The riser is a purty chunk of osage just to keep the flow going. The quiver is a Greatnorthern adjustable, that I re-covered in a semi basket weave pattern. The arrows are Surewood shafts, that I marble dipped pink and black...and folks, I am so glad that I was talked into trying the shafts, worth every penny! The business end is the same Stos heads that I have hunted with for several years. Total weight is right at 600 gr. And the first trip to the field today was a blast being busted by two does, and taking some fur off of one particularly lucky rabbit.

Beautiful bow! I have always liked bacote with a yellow accent wood. I just think yellow brings out the best in bacote.
