I was fretting today trying to tune and add weight to some 15/35 gt trads to get them shooting out of my 45lb shrew classic hunter. I was having a bear of a time getting perfect bareshaft and fletched flight while messing with them and just wanted to hit the dang bullseye so I picked up some 1916's and slapped a 125 grain point on the end and shot dead nuts. Sometimes keeping it simple is a concept I forget! I love tinkering and tuning though. Keeps me on my toes and learning new things everyday.
Only my 2nd year shooting traditional and Loving every minute of it.

There is nothing simple at all about trad archery. There are so many complex decisions such as recurve or long bow choice. Length of bow and choice of riser and limb woods. straight, string follow, reflex/deflex, set back, etc. What bowyer to select? No, the choices are endless, so decision making is anything but simple.
Oh... you were talking about technology and simplicity of life's philosophies, etc. My bad. Still,it is difficult to decide which bow to apply to this simpler approach to life. Have a great year, everybody!
