Title: She Said Yes....
Post by: Slimpikins on January 04, 2015, 12:51:00 PM: I asked Meredith this morning in the truck if she was going to start shooting her bow again. She said yes, and that if she were to ever shoot a deer it would have to be with her recurve. The following pictures are from the first day she ever picked it up and if she commits to doing it, she won't stop until she's proficient. The bow is a 48# at 28 inch homemade recurve a friend and I made. It lacks a great deal in the forgiveness department but she seems to shoot it well. If she gets the fever like the rest of us, I can see a purchase taking place in the near future.
