Okay, it has been awhile since I got into the trad thing. Found some straight saplings in the woods, come to find out they are sourwood and make great arrows. Then I just picked up a Quillian 59lb Bamboo Longhunter for 135 bucks. Yep, I scored.

It's windy here, arrows impacting target at about 15 degrees to west.

Yes, you scored big time! I had a 58# Bamboo Longhunter and have wished many times over I still had it. It was one of the best shooting bows I have ever owned.

Sourwood shoots are my favorite arrow material. It's hard to find a tougher shaft.
