Yes.

-

Hells bells build a snow deer with all your snow. Shoot it
We would gladly accept a few feet out here in the west

Rodd
-

Shot a 3d last weekend. If I had that many zero's on my paycheck I'd never work again!!

crittergetter, now that's funny. :biglaugh:
We have about 8-10 more inches of the white stuff coming in the next 24 hours. Been a long...cold winter and we could sure use some nicer weather by the time the PBS shoot comes to Baltimore the end of March.
-
Can't WAIT!!!!
-
My first shoot of the year is the last weekend in March....can't wait.
-
Been shooting outdoor 3d winter league from before Christmas. I know we all miss shooting but I guess I shoul have asked " Do you miss targets"? Lol
-
3D is going full swing down here!
Bisch
-
I have cabin fever pretty bad right now...cant wait to get out on the 3d range!
-
It's kind of hard to miss with how close the targets are at most trad shoots...I still find a way to do it ever once in a while though lol.
-
Yes but a lot of the shoots around here are set up for the wheelie's. A few are all trad.
-
Nope, our archery club has an outdoor 3D shoot every Sunday during the winter months, plus I help run an indoor 3D league every other Saturday night from January through March. Also, a few others clubs in our area have indoor 3D shoots.
-
I shot our annual 3D shoot last weekend. I almost didn't shoot because the temperature had dipped down into the 40's in the morning and I was afraid I would have to wear a jacket, but then I remembered that the shoot didn't start until 9 and by then the sun would be out and I could still shoot in my tee shirt. A couple of weekends before that I shot another 3D shoot at another club, and it was a little colder, but I still got by in my sweat shirt. I feel sorry for you guys, but you have to understand that we California shooters have it rough too!
-
If someone were to go back to read my past posts they'd see that there are none about 3D shoots. While I do enjoy the shoots there is a reason why I don't write about them.
I'll let you read between the lines on that and draw your own conclusion.

Yes.

sometimes.

I miss the Wes Wallace Mentor I traded a while back. Seems like we trad guys always lament that one bow we wish we had back.

Not bad, Roy. Now you just need to work on tightening up those groups a little! :saywhat:
-
Wow Roy, you must really punch holes in those targets. :notworthy: What part of Pa.?
-
my very first 3D shoot I lost 9 out of 12 brandnew 1916's made for me by Paul Brunner @ Screaming Eagle..... I called him that week and said I wasn't sure if those arrows shot good because I lost 9 and Paul said " Yeah Ted I really don't think it was the arrows"
nowadays if I miss it just means I get a a few more sneak shots providing I make sure I get there late enough where nobody is behind me,,, then it gets fun!
-
Yep; I'm ready - just need to get rid of the snow!
-
Looks like that fire extinguisher has seen some shots not quite as good as the ones in the target. LOL
-
My club has 3d's out all year so we shoot all year every Sunday.
-
Our winter shoot was canceled due to weather. It was going to be tough to set up and move around the course. I think snowshoes would have been needed and any arrows not in the target would have required a trip back in a month or so to look for. At least they would have been laying on top of the ground.
-
Missed the first one in Feb cause I was at GRXH chasing pigs.
-
Miss.....? Never :saywhat: :biglaugh: :biglaugh:
-
Finding arrows in the snow, after missing a target has become an art form... Thank Goodness for the person who invented the "arrow hook"!
... mike ... :wavey:
-
Have shot three already this year. Inclement weather has prompted cancellations of three more that I had planned to participate in.
-
Yes I do......
-
Do I miss going to 3d YES, do I miss 3d targets YES :-)
-
Miss? Absolutely not. This is, after all, the internet.
-
:goldtooth:
-
Have shot 3 this year. Our started in January.
-
And we usually have a last one in October. Just in time for deer season to cool down for me to get out there.
-
Miss shooting 3d? I miss when shooting 3d sometimes all year! Only thing that usually stops me is rain, I was told I'm hardcore just the other day. I love shooting in the snow!
-
I personaly don't ever miss sometimes to make the wheel bow guys feel better i shoot at rocks so it just looks like i miss and my arrow shatters into half a dozen pieces.
-
Yes, really, really, can't wait for royal oak, grayling, hastings and berrien springs! :archer:
-
Just shot the first leg of the Michigan IBO yesterday the G5 triple threat. Traditional of course I was 1 of 3 trad guys about 50 wheelies
-
Shot our winter league yesterday mourning. Had a good shoot , high score for the,hit them all and it was above freezing!
-
We have had a cold winter by Georgia standards, but fortunately nothing like you northern and western guys have had. So, our schedule has not been so adversely affected. I have already been to a couple of nice shoots and plan to go to another this coming weekend.
While you guys are still shoveling snow, the Florida trees are blooming out and the pollen completely wrecked my sinuses at TBOF.
