I've put in my order for a 64" HS whip td. Any one know what the string lengt at brace would be. Want to get some SBD strings. :archer2:

This a place where patience can be your best friend, especially when you appear to be looking for a great string/bow match...what I would do is wait until I have the bow and then tune it for the quietest shot possible...use that measurement to have Pierre build you some strings

Dan Toelke seems pretty adamant on his website that the endless loop strings he includes work best for his bows...maybe he has something there...once again I would shoot the bow with those strings before making any change

My 64" HS whip has a 61" SBD string at 7 3/8 brace.

I have nothing but nice things to say about the endless lop string Dan sent me with my Whip Classic. Bow is deadly quiet. Lot of good string makers out there but I see no reason not to use the bowyers string in this case.

I've owned a bunch of Dans bows and everyone has shown a dramatic improvement with an SBD string. I would take the advice of waiting and seeing though to get an exact length. Dan's bows don't always seem to follow traditional guidelines.

Appreciate the input all, will wait and take DDave's & biathlon man's advice

I checked my past orders with Pierre @ SBD for my 64" Whips and my strings were 61" ASL. I set the brace around 7 1/4"
Which may actually be the same bow lone hunter (above) is shooting. Dan's strings are good ones too!
