New Rivers Edge T/D w/Pics
« on: January 24, 2007, 08:08:00 PM »
Evening folks

Got home yesterday afternoon and there was a new toy awaiting.  I hade Kevin and Sue at RER build me a new toy.  Riser is Bubinga with a Walnut Flare and Red Elm Limbs.  58" long and 50# @ 29 inches.  It really pulls smooth and is very quiet.  Just gotta play with it and tune it a bit.  Enjoy the pics.

Looks like another masterpiece from Kevin and Sue at RER.  Congats on the new bow, enjoy it.

Not to fear guys...I still have the new Tulipwood Copperhead Widow that'll make it's first trip to Cloverdale this year.

The RER is a sweet little bow.  The static tips give it good speed.  It's VERY light in the hand which is a whole lot different than all my Widows.  It takes a bit of extra focus from me to keep my bow arm from wandering.  It's also VERY quiet.  About as quiet as my Assenheimers and I consider them the quietest bow around.

Ain't made it home in time to shoot it outside yet as it's always dark by the time I get home & change clothes.  Only been able to plink away downstairs in the 25 yd basement range.  Can't wait till the weekend and we'll shoot some 40 yd stuff.
