if so, an odd name. we called, er, we still call hill style longbows what hill called them - "AFL" - american flat longbow, to differentiate from the "D" cross section shaped ELB (english longbow). an "AFL" could be straight, string follow, or tip reflexed. any form of R/D renders it no longer an "AFL". if a longbow has even mild R/D, that disappears to a "D" limb shape when string, it is what it is at that point, a hybrid longbow.
