That's what Ive shot for the last couple of years. You can trim the nock end if you want. Don't use the epoxy easton sends with the shafts. Use the blue (low heat) stick of fer-l-tite (or whatever it's called). To remove it, screw a field point in, and heat the tip with a lighter. Then just pull the tip and insert out with a pair of pliers. Or I've heard boiling water works too, though I haven't tried that method.
It melts easily when you want to remove them, and a dip in cold water will solidify it and keep them from going anywhere.
