Edge looks to be at about 25 degrees as best I can measure it.

The bevel on the heads from the factory are around 28 degrees .. if I change them to 25 it changes the profile of the head a bit. So the question is ... 25 to 28 degree will that impact the single bevel effectiveness?

Honestly I do not believe it would impact effectiveness all that much but that is more opinion than anything else. Without testing I could not say for certain.

I bought a pack of these from Steve and combined them with 75 grain adapters. Around 225 grains total. They hit right with my 225 grain field points. Easy to get sharp with just a file as well. They look pretty lethal!

I like the looks of these. I haven't had a desire to try out other broadheads for a while. That may change.

Thanks for the feedback Todd. Glad you are happy with them. So far the responses has been great. We may be adding another weight to the single bevel offering for those that want a bit lighter option and still have a steel adapter.

Currently we do have 150 grain single bevels in both right and left bevels in stock and ready to ship and we keep adapters for folks that need screw in heads in ranges from 25 to 125 grains.

Steve must be taking a little break from the computer. As of about a week ago he still had rights and lefts but one kind was getting low.

This wasn't a one time run, Thunder Valley has already had to resupply him. I'd say give him a call or buy online if you know you want some.
