Are the Asbell's OK?

My buddy and I ordered some wool products back in Nov. (over 3 months ago). He said he has tried numerous times to check on our order, but cannot get hold of anyone. I tried to call this AM, and the answer machine said the "mailbox is full". Does anyone know if they are O.K.? Thanks.

Something doesn't sound right, maybe there was a mix-up with the order. I have ordered several of their products and I believe the longest wait I had was a couple weeks. I'm sure it will be straightened out. Have you tried to email them about your order?

They travel a lot this time of year. Leave the cold country seeking sunshine and relaxation. Will often end up in the Florida panhandle where relatives reside. With that said, I will bet there is a problem with your order. I've never known Shiela to leave town without addressing all outstanding issues. Send an e-mail with contact info and she'll get back with you. Good luck.

Sounds like there is a mix up of some kind. My wife ordered me a pathfinder for x-mas and got it on 3 weeks. Hopefully they get your buddy squared away. Everything I've read says thy are good stand up folks and I am sure they I'll make it right. Like said above try email.

I got my order in about 2 weeks Mrs Asbell helped me decide on what I needed and couldn't be happier with the pullover. Great dealing with her!

Dropped me a package of woolens at the post office today or yesterday. Anyway it was accepted by the P.O. today. I'd shoot them an email. Teresa has gotten back to me within minutes every time I've emailed her.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago as I ordered around the same time you did, early December. Every time I called it went to the full mailbox. Talked to her a few days ago, said they were waiting on a bunch of wool to arrive. It got there a bit ago and she's been making sweaters for all of us. Mine shipped on Tuesday I believe. As mentioned above, just send her an email if you still haven't heard anything.

I got hold of teresa the evening after I posted this. Our order evidently got misplaced. She was very apologetic ,but I told her I was just glad that all was OK with her and Fred. (We have lost too many of Bowhunting Legends the last few years). She said she would send out our order yesterday (fri). They will be gone starting Mon. all week.Very Nice Lady!!
