Bowyer on TG making limbs for Bear TD?
« on: February 12, 2016, 03:34:00 PM »
I seem to remember that last spring(2015) one of our members, an established bowyer, was setting up to make limbs for Bear take downs. He offered a special price for 5 members to get the ball rolling. Who was that bowyer and how did the project turn out?    :dunno:

Yup.... It was me...... As a matter of fact i'm finally rolling up my sleeves on this project right now. I had planned to get started on these by October, but got way behind schedule on some custom orders.... Many thanks to my customers for their patience....

I'm working on the wedge system first, and should have the first ones put together fairly soon.

I'm not all that sure i'm going to western states Rendezvous this year. If the location is going to be in the same spot it was last time in Tygh Valley i'm going to pass.

Where is western states rendezvous happening at?  I am in western Colorado, and would like to go to a Traditional archery based show.

I am one of those five.  Kirk has mine laid up but now I'm not going to be able to take them.   Good chance for someone to get in on the first batch.   It would be at the regular price though  -  he won't pass along the early bird discount.  If you have an interest PM me or contact Kirk.
