Turkey time

Guys turkey season is fast approaching. Going to try and harvest a gobbler this season with the ivory hunter.

Lets see some pics of harvested Turkeys
Ben Pearson Cougar 40#
PSE Black Hawk T/D 55#
Bamboo backed Osage Self bow 57#
Ivory Hunter 60#

Killed these two in Nebraska but this year will hunt my property in Louisiana have bunch of birds on camera.

Got my first two last spring! Cant wait to see what this spring holds! I have come to love turkey hunting just about like deer hunting.

Taking a turkey with a gun is difficult enough for me but will be going full trad this year. Had a lousy season last year, as did most in the area. Hoping there's a better population this year. So far no activity except for a flock in central Jersey attacking a mailman and chasing his truck. I have a feeling that won't happen in the woods.
