So Close

Sancoon, your posted hyperlink took me to your picture in PhotoBucket. To the Right of the picture are the 4 cells.  Left click on the bottom IMG cell and you should get the  yellow copy message.  Next - back to the tradgang message post box, Right click to paste img link.  There should be a snowy a Rabbit hunting pic.

I tried posting from Imgur and I can't get it to work. I copy the link in imgur to the reply box under images but the link never works. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?

Yes!   You have to find the drop down menu or boxes with the different codes in them.  Then copy the " Bb code" it might say "message boards or forums". Once copied paste into your trad gang post and you should be good to go.  Let me know if that helps.

By the way...you cannot do it from an iPhone if using their mobile site.

Guys, TradGang is a stock forum platform. The TG folks can't alter the way it works. If they could believe me they would have simplified the post process a long time ago.

I have been using my iPad so I guess that's why I can't get the pics to post. I will try my laptop. Thanks for the info.

Ok - Posting pictures on Tradgang is super difficult.

Seriously Troy?

Remember this?
 http://www.tradgang.com/forumbanner/mission_statement.jpg

"EXPECT to be respected".  That's what keeps this place what it is.  Not trying to preach but damn!   The guy was only saying that for some that don't use computers every day...figuring some of this stuff out can be difficult.  I'm sure many of the retired folk and others these days have a hard time navigating. We should be happy to point out a few tips to help out. Isn't that basically what Trad Gang is to begin with. Experienced Trad guys telling stories and talking trad and every now and the (quite often actually) helping out those that are trying to master something you love and know a little more about!  If I saw you at the range and asked you a question about my form or release would you tell me to " take a hike"?

Please...lets try to help each other out.  I for one love to see what the older guys bring to the campfire and would Love to see as many pictures as they can post. Especially those of days gone by.

Ok. Off the soap box now.  Im sure this won't last long!

I love Tradgang and get on here almost daily but I have gave up on trying to post pics...My wife and I sat down one eve a year or two ago and figured it out but it is just way too much trouble for me. I guess I don't understand how I can put a pic on FB with one hand while driving down the road but have to jump through so many hoops to post here?...Tradgang rocks anyway keep up the good work guys.

Skitch, my photo bucket page is different than your example. Do you use a subscribe to service they offer? I have had limited luck with posting pics here. Now I get a message saying I have to move image to another album. So looks like an issue with PB for me.

Hmmm.   I have a normal free account. Those are from my laptop.  If you click on be photo it should give you those code options somewhere on the page.  Play with it a bit.
