We went bowfishing last night. There were storms all around us, and we got rained on a bit. Water temps dropped several degrees and just turned the fish off. We did see (and miss) a few carp, and I shot one little gar, but that was it.

I'm sitting at the airport now, waiting on my flight home. I can't thank Jerry enough for his hospitality, and for giving away this trip. I had a blast and got to meet two more quality TradGangers too!

Another fun adventure behind us.  We have done several of the Tradgang appreciation give-a-way adventures and we always have a blast and get to hang out with some great people.  Thanks to Bisch and Tony for coming over to Georgia and we can't wait till the next drawing.

Alright, guys. Sorry it took so long to post anything up, but I've been taking some time to re-acclimate since I got back early Tuesday morning.

I have lots of cool pictures related to this trip. I probably won't post all of them here, but the ones from camp and lake I will. I'll just start a new thread to post the others.

RC, I was sorry to find out that circumstances would not allow you to join us. I hope that some time in the future that changes.

My view from the blind on the first night. The bacon was too shy to come out and see me that night, but I had fun watching a hen turkey and some raccoons eating the corn.
   Sunrise on Lake Juliette.

   Bisch representin' the Gang.

   First fish of the day.

   More of scenic Lake Juliette.

 My biggest Bass to date.

Some pix of my big striper. Including a "behind the scenes" pic of Jerry taking a pic of my fish and I.

Battling one of the monsters. Lol

Long story short(er), it was a fantastic trip for me! Because of Tradgang and Jerry Russell I was able to make new friends, reconnect with old ones, see the other "Shining Sea," try some world class cuisine, meet a living legend in archery, and see some more of this beautiful country of ours.

I can't say "Thank You" enough to Jerry and Tradgang, for providing me with the opportunity for this once in a lifetime trip.

Patrick, I have to upload some more pix from my regular camera, and I'll start another thread. Maybe tomorrow or Saturday before I get it all done. But I can't find the right words to cover it. It was just amazing!
