Dale Dye Recurve
« on: June 09, 2016, 03:56:00 PM »
On occasion someone will ask about Dale Dye and his bows.
Well after about 14 months Im happy to say that my bow arrived today.
Mexican Rosewood riser with striped ebony and yellow and black laminations.
Limbs are Medicine wood dyed to match.
Medium Checkered grip
62" 47#@28" three piece recurve.
Smooth as butter
quite
and fast.
A true work of art.
So for those who have asked, Dale is still making great bows.

Had a Medicine Point made out of those same woods and combinations a couple years back. Absolutely a stunning combination!

Thanks guys
just got in from shooting about 40 arrows thru "her"
sweet shooter, likes 500 spine
braced at 8in no arm slap, dead in the hand, shoots where your looking, very very quite.
ill work up the correct arrow this week end, length and point weight, etc.
As said above Dale is a wonderful person, not a wordy persons, but that's ok since we southerners talk to much anyway.

After owning over 60 different bows, Dale makes my favorite recurve, the grip fits my hand like molded clay. My two medicine points are flawless works of art.
