How do you guys hold a arrow on the bow while hunting from a tree stand until you shoot. What kind of holder or do you use your finger?

I use my finger, but Dean Torges had a slick idea with a small rebber band and a toothpick.

I use one of the stalking broadhead covers attached to my bow quiver and let the arrow hang. When I get ready I then pull arrow from the cover. It is silent and the has worked great.
