Last fall I purchased a used Bear Kodiak Magnum with a sight attached. For snicks and grins, I tried shooting it with the sight on, but the pins were way off for my shooting style.
Well, I've decided to remove it, and I'm wondering what would work to fill the two screw holes drilled in the riser.
Epoxy? Fiberglass resin? Glue?
I don't want to make a mess of it, and on the off-chance I might want to remount the sight some day (who knows, it might snow in hell some day), don't want anything too ultra-permanent.
But I don't want holes in the riser, either...
Suggestions?
