Shout out to "Huskyarcher"
« on: July 17, 2016, 09:08:00 PM »
Would like to say it was nice meeting and shooting with you and the others at twin oaks yesterday. I absolutely had a great time and was impressed with the sportsmanship you fellas showed throughout the course. I guess that's why I love traditional archery so much. It's like a different type of  "gang" than any other sport I know of. It was almost to hard to get a clean shot off from all the laughs and non stop joking/ribbing.

When you get Dalton and Ethan together it's a blast. Then through in ethan's dad and you can forget shooting.

I believe it! Great guys for sure. Ol Mitch from Iowa was a regular ol Cracker Jack himself! Ask Dalton about him.lol A big buck slayer with his trad gear too!! Half way through the shoot and I felt like I'd known them all my life. I think dalton had to go put his bow on ice immediately after we finished because it was "hot"!! Haha  I wasn't sure if Ethan is on here?

We had a ball shooting with you Shane. When we finished 25 targets I felt like you had been my shooting buddy for years!  Those two fletcher arrows still blow my mind lol. It was nice to finally settled down and start shooting like I know how. Maybe we can share a hunting camp in the near future!

I might have to take you up on that! I'm always up for a good hunt. I'm going to do some researching and figure out how to do it, then I'll let you know! Thanks agsin!

Your welcome. It's not that hard but I do recommend wrapping the skins with medical tape to dry. I've done it both ways and the time I didn't wrap them the skins dried to fast and started to curl and lift on the edges. Good thing I caught it early on.  I also used tite bond Ill.

Dalton and Ethan! Don't get me started on those two. They're trouble:) I hope I can get them to raise their stands for me this fall(I really mean the opposite). It's not easy shooting a stickbow with a nose bleed.
