Congratulations Todd. Glad to see you turning things around.
I quit smoking probably 35 years ago. Quit alcohol about 16 years ago. I am not giving up my coffee ever.
I also like the food too much. My job the last 15 years has no physical aspect to it. Been hitting the hiking trails hard the last month. I unfortunately have been diagnosed with COPD. Its very hard to breath. Im not giving up though.
