You can go overboard with med kits. Seriously if you take a paramedic away from the ambulance he/she is a basic.

Few Tylenol type meds, some band aids, maybe some 2x2s and 4x4s with Leuko tape, super glue/vetbond, tweezers and fingernail cutters.

First aid begins with that hair covered computer we all have - keep it simple.
