I hope I'm not speaking out of line but I believe Mr. Scott passed away.

Thank you Aaron for the information. I found his obituary, he passed away 09.12.2015. We lost a great artist.

If you haven't seen it, there's a great YouTube interview with Mr. Scott showing his different bow designs. Very interesting.

I'd never heard of him before, but I watched the entire video last night and really enjoyed it. You could tell he had a passion for building bows. Thanks for the link tippit!!

Mr. Scott passed away last September.  I have not been fortunate to own one of his bows.

I've been lucky enough to own two of his Owl bows.  Just traded my heavy owl for a lighter one that I can shoot...tippit

Chad...
I wish you could have met him as well.I always felt charged and blessed after spending time with the Scotts.

For some reason,Ed,Justin and i just hit it right off.Corolyn was a lot quieter, but it was probably, cuz she couldnt get a word in edgewise, with us 3.
Target archery is seeing how far away you can get and still hit the bull's eye. Bowhunting is seeing how close you can get and never miss your mark.

I love the respect and admiration he has for primitive  bows and the cultures that they each came from, I doubt you could find someone in most museums who can give you credible information about many of the bows they have on display.

This guy was like a walking book on the matter. Think of all the knowledge he took with him.

I was the lucky recipient of Tippit's too heavy Owl...I was blown away by how well this bow shoots..!!! Quieter than any bow I've ever shot, plenty fast and very accurate..!! Not to mention the cool factor is over the top on his bows....!!
Mr. Scott knew what he was doing..!!!
