A little family adventure
« on: August 13, 2016, 07:25:00 PM »
Cooled off a little today.  Only mid 80s instead of high 90s, so we went on a little stump shoot.  Man was it muggy though.  We were all sweated down by 9:30.  Had a great time anyway though.  We ran into my dad and my nephew when we got there and my two youngest ones ended up riding around on the 4wheeler with them, but I was able to get a few pictures of my oldest son and my wife shooting.  Today was my wife's first time shooting her Lil Hoot.  Trying to get her into trad and it seems to be working.   ;)   My youngest had to have a bow like the rest of us, so we found an old toy bow for him to carry.  Hopefully it doesn't count as a compound.  We had to hang his quiver on his Ninja Turtle shell.    :p   anyway, hope you guys enjoy it.      :campfire:

And if anybody's wondering why my son's arrows are laying on the ground behind him while he's shooting, he bent over to pick up his bow and they all dumped out.     :D

Very nice . I see a ninja turtle was shooting with you .

Thanks guys.  Yeah Graps, I've never seen a 2 year old like anything as much as he likes his teetoes (turtles).
