photobucket video problems?

anyone else having problems loading videos  to Photobucket now? its gets to %90 download and does not go any farther, never had this problem before.

I've tried for the past month to load videos on there and after I load them they are no where to be found .
I thought it was me doing something wrong .

other then "copy link" how do I put a picture of the video on that you can just click on and start the video? and your right YouTube is much easier
