« on: October 24, 2007, 05:44:00 PM »
Just interested if there are any Tradgang members from the Nova Scotia end of Canada?  I am new at trad archery (trad acrchery virgin)and would love to tag up with someone who knows about this.
A bad day of hunting is still far better than a good day at work.

I don't know about NS, but there's several of us right across the border in Maine. Let me know if you're planning on coming over and we'll try to get out and shoot.

I used to live in Nova Scotia, would love to move back... There are a fair number of Traditional archers in the province, check out  http://www.taans.ca/.  TAANS runs a shoot every summer that quite a few people attend, it's a really fun shoot and a great way to meet other trad bowhunters. There are usually quite a few trad shoots all over the province in the spring and summer.

Also if you're in need a place to pick up supplies Phil's Traditional Archery shop (http://www.philsarcheryshop.com/) is close to your location.

Hello Eastern Archer and fellow Tradgangers. I'm from Lunenburg,Nova Scotia, hence the name Bluenose.  I live in Barrie, Ontario and have been into Traditional Archery many years.  I still visit N.S. every year but no longer hunt my parents property.  My hunting buddy, Gumby, is also from Barrie and we will be attending Kalamazoo once again this year. Just wondering if there are any other Trad shooters and hunters in the Barrie area?
