Dirty Underwear - Not mine (LOL).  This is a location close to a roade deer often cross. One day there was a pair of tighty whitey briefs hanging from a tree which could be seen from the road.  I can only imagine some poor soul running from his vehicle with an urge and had an accident along the way.  The deer didn't seem to mind.

Either that or your stand was where some other miscreant wanted to hunt, so he THOUGHT he'd ruin it for you by leaving a calling card to drive deer away.

We've all heard the horror stories of people evacuating themselves under or IN someone's stand...

Bad sportsmanship abounds... but then, it didn't work out that way so no harm, no foul and I'm just guessing.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
