Quiver suggestions

Hi Gang. This is an unusual request, as I could search for quiver suggestions on TG and find a zillion ideas I am sure! My dilemma is this: I am almost always out stumpshooting with my little girl on my back in a kid carrier, and I shoot a selfbow. I usually just pack one stumper arrow in my hand and one tucked in the backpack. However, that is nearly impossible to get out without taking her down. I am seriously considering a GFA side quiver. It is now hunting season, and to pack a couple flu-flus and some of my deer arrows on our stumping escapades would be useful. Do you think this would work? Or any other suggestions. Would rather not strap a quiver on my selfbow. Thanks guys!

You might try a Selway hip quiver. I use one with a backpack, strap isn't uncomfortable under the waist belt. I did use a piece of leather to hold the quiver at near horizontal so the fletching's don't rub up against the pack.

I have a granddaughter that loves to ride in a pack like yours, cool to see you taking her shooting.

An Absorkee, or a Ultimate Rover from Farr West Leather would be perfect for what you are doing. Easy on, easy off, no additional straps around your neck for you or your little one to be tangled up in.

I checked out an Absorkee quiver at Compton this year, it was really cool, and it was the first quiver I thought of when I saw your original post.

Go to Tim's site, and look at his quivers. I have a Ridgeline by Farr West, and absolutely love it!

I use my homemade GFA style quiver. It is similar to the Absorkee but mine has a shoulder strap.

Thanks for your suggestions all. Living in Canada makes purchasing some of these products expensive because of shipping:( I like the GFA because it has so many positions, not sure if I would like my arrows sticking out the back of an Absorkee or similar hip quiver. Any tips on making a GFA style Pat B?
