Black Hawk--"yellow jacket" bow

I know a guy that is trying to sell a Black Hawk-Yellow Jacket reflex bow. The bow is 66" long and shows 40# @28". I shot it and it was loud,but there are no string silencers on it. I used some 2016 aluminums and some GoldTip 3555 carbons; both of which shot okay. I think he is way overpriced at $125.00 and told him I would offer $50.00. Whose price seems more fair???

I recently bought a black hawk Scorpion for about 85 bucks and felt pretty good about it. I would probably pay a 100. I don't know if that helps at all, but if its in good condition I might meet him in the middle.
