Autumn Orange FMJ

I have been shooting 340 spine Goldtips with 200 points. [email protected]" BW recurve.  I want try the new Orange FMJ but see they only come in 320  or 390 spine.  Not sure why they have this odd spine but can anyone recommend one over the other for me.  I draw 30.5".  Thanks in advance!

Id definitely go with the 320, you may end up with a heavier arrow than desired

Are they heavy?  I was think 320 should work but not sure if they behave just like a carbon shaft or if they act a little stiffer in general

In my experience they act slightly weaker than the typical straight carbon shaft
