I have a Morrison 17" metal ILF riser that is really nice, but I don't have a set of those sweet carbon limbs to make it a fireballer like what some of you all have.
I'd like to try a set of those really nice limbs just to see what kind of a difference they would make compared to the ones I have now. Right now I have a set of KAP Challenger Carbon limbs, short, 38 pounds on a 25" riser. I've had them 10 years or so. The name is a bit of a misnomer. These aren't carbon limbs like what everyone thinks. They are wood, foam with a layer of carbon. At least that's how I understand them to be. They aren't made any more, but were pretty popular back when I got these. As I recall they weren't that expensive.
Anyone have any suggestions on what a good set of ILF limbs would be but are not really expensive? You know, something that would give close to the performance of these limbs talked about with all these really good setups, but would not cost over $200 per set?
Thanks all
