I got two of my 3 kids set up with longbows, arrows, arm guards, and new strings (youngest is still too young).   I probably just seriously cut into my own shooting time.

I have a Longhunter shirt in Evening Stand Brown, but I haven't opened it yet...gotta run all the riff- raff outta the house, lol!  The reason I know is because Santa asked for help....some things are best not left to chance or you'll end up with ties, socks, and underwear.  My son/daughter-in-law are learning, though.  They gave me an insulated zip-up hooded jacket in the perfect plaid for that first crisp October morn...but I think Santa may have helped them!

I got some feathers, paint, field points. I also got that Bear Paw setup for using screw on brass points for wood arrows. I happened to have a few new made arrows to try it on. Works great and no taper tool required.

I got an asbell pullover in evening stand brown, extra heavy weight.  I love that thing already.  I also got "Campfire reflections", and "Just another old bowhunter".  I also got 6 RW, 155 grain grizzly broadheads. I also have a clip shot on order, as well as a new quiver for the longbow I'm having made. Also have a new digital grain scale on the way.

Beman Centershots from my younger daughter - she's a wheelie bow shooter but she is making noises about trying a recurve again one day, I have some woody's that were hers from when she was a teen, I asked her if I should move them on and she said keep them so she may well walk into the light!

Santa was VERY good to me! Quality hunting socks, a deer dragging harness, Sitka Mountain pants, a couple Sitka caps, a gift card to the local archery shop and a fifty dollar KUIU gift card. Far more than a schmuck like me deserves. I'm very blessed.

Art Vincent made "Shootist" quiver for 3D. Purchased off the TradGang classifieds. Looked great under the tree.   :archer:

Millennium M100u hang on!  As excited as I am about this stand I will probably wait till next season to start using it.  My climber is hanging in a good spot and I can only hunt 3 more evenings this season.  My buddy and I hunt together a lot and
We have talked about these stands all year and the versatility of them and their mounting system.  I think our wives caught the hint!

Evidently my family knows what I like. I ended up getting the Traditional Bowyers Bible volumes 1-4, Best of Trails End by Jim Dougherty, a really cool antique Bear arrow box with some arrows and unused Razorheads, and to top it all off a 1966 Bear bearcat recurve with an awesome zebrawood riser. It was pretty good year!
