TBOF State Shoot march 3-5
« on: February 02, 2017, 09:11:00 PM »
Hey kids!  This thing is just around the corner and we are planning on a record turnout to shoot our new Wildcrete targets.  Be the first in North America to shoot these cool targets!  Kudu, Nyla, Wildebeast, Sable, oh my my my!

A little peak at 6.5 of our new targets.  We have 20.

The flyer information sounds like you have to qualify to shoot Sunday.  All paid tournament shooters will be put in flights to shoot Sunday...

All 20 wildcrete targets are in hand.  They are truly works of art.  I cannot wait to put an arrow in that sable antelope target.

Just got back from 5 weeks in Florida. Wish the shoot had occurred while I was there!
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

I'm going to miss coming over this year, they moved Bike week so I won't be there till the Thursday after the event. I always like seeing Mike Treadway and the other venders every year.

Had a really good time. Didn't shoot well, though. I have developed a bad habit of plucking the string. That was the only issue I had. The course layout was nice, especially the African animal targets. TBOF is a great organization, and they do a good job with their shoots.

Only had time to shoot Saturday but had a blast and shot really well.  On the 2nd 20 targets I had the surprise honor of shooting with the daughter and widow of Ben Graham of Hummingbird bows.  Really special.
