You might want to do a search, there has been many threads on this subject in the past.
I've had good success with the old bear bows straightening the limb twist.
First step is to just twist it in the direction it needs to go with it unstrung. Be somewhat aggressive, hold it in the over corrected position for a count of 10.
If it looks better string the bow with a stringer. Look it over if it looks pretty good short draw it and check again. If just slightly out with it strung over correct again several times if needed. Do the short draw and if the string stays in the string grooves draw farther.
If it is getting better leave strung and correct over several days. Leaving it strung will keep it where it belongs.
If none of this is helping the next more aggresive step is to unstring it and run hot water over the area say in a bathtub. After a good heating do the correction again and run cool water over it while holding in the over corrected mode.
This method has salvaged many bear bows thar were stored leaning in a corner for years.
