Tall tines stickflinger

Whats everyone shooting a 62" or 64"? I have been thinking about ordering one from Brian, but I can't decide which length I want.

I think it would depend on your draw length.  I am 27" and prefer the 62".

I have 2 that are 64" that I love.  Wanted a little more clearance in the blind and brought a set of short used limbs to make a 62" bow with my long riser.  Seem to handle my 29.5" draw well, but everyone is different

I think Hermon is right. Your Draw length would be more important than the clearance of an inch at either end of the bow.

Having had a couple of 64" and a 62", I prefer the 62" length bow. But I draw shy of 28".

Yeah I'm drawing just shy of 28 also. A friend has a 64 that I really like, smooth drawing and ahoots great. I had a 62 with a small grip but the string slapped my arm with every shot. Unsure of the reason only difference was the grip and the length.

That wouldn't be the result of the length.  Brace height and differences in grip.

I've got the 62" I draw 27" and it's smooth as silk!

I have the 62" and draw about 27.5, I love it!

Can't to shoot whatever you end up with, those stickflingers are sweethearts.

Sounds like you answered your own question. I'd go with the 64"

I had the same problem with the 62 inch Stickflinger I shot. I love love love Brian's recurves but was not a fan of getting slapped every shot with the Stickflinger. Not sure why?! I'm more of a recurve guy anyway
