IT IS TIME.....

Saw a buck at dark tonite,following along behind a doe,grunting every step. They came as I was about to get down from my stand,passed at 8 yds. With binos,I could see his rack was ear width,but not too tall. No idea of # of pts.

Bro won the toss for that stand in the AM to see what she drags back to the beddin area,but I have great confidence in the one I'm on too!!

LET THE RUT BEGIN !!  LOL     :bigsmyl:

I saw a WT buck with his nose to the ground following 30 paces behind a doe and her fawn on Monday.  Too bad they passed by my blind a full hour before shooting time.

It figures, I work seven strait days 8am to 8pm starting today. I know it's just pre rut but I love being in the woods when this is going on.

The good news is Pete Icavazzi will be down a week from Saturday for ten days and it should be pretty good when he gets here.  :D  I will have two weeks off starting next Thursday, Oh yeah!!

Good luck Kenny, I'm pulling for you bud. Take lots of pictures.  :thumbsup:
