They are getting harder and harder to find but like I said geesh that's nuts. Ryan when is someone going to start making them again??I know that gets asked every other thread. But seriously they are the easiest heads to sharpen ever made and leave big holes. Why is it the best stuff is no longer made?

I'd heard rumors a couple of times about someone picking up the head, but hasn't panned out yet. The truth is, the market gets what it wants.  I doubt thunder valley quit making snuffers because they were making too much money. .....

If the current thinking persists you'll have unlimited selection of 1 inch wide 2 blades.....but dont worry...you'll be able to get BOTH right AND left single bevel.   

This is why I stocked up back in the day....I could see an end to the heads coming.....and Dad gave most of his old stock heads away over the years...I bought almost all of mine as seconds from Mike at Magnus for a dollar a piece 20 years ago.
