I've done it, although saying I'm consistent would be a stretch. Drawing is tough, but I've had good success with a Hidden Draw bow blind. (Basically a small camo shield that attaches to your bow) It works amazingly well and I've killed a few turkeys with it.
The other tough part is holding still for long periods when turkeys are close and hang out forever. I'm actually sitting in a blind right now and have had a hen in and around my decoys for the past half hour. If I wasn't in the blind I'd be getting pretty tired of holding still for so long right about now. And I wouldn't be posting on Trad Gang.
Going blindless sure is exciting though, and I'm sure I'll be doing some of it again this spring!
