I purchased a thunder horn strap on quiver
 normally I have preferred to shoot and hunt without quiver, but many have said they shoot better with added weight of quiver ,and can aid in making limbs quieter. The problem is after repeated
shots arrows with broadheads work their way out of protective foam core and in time become increasingly looser .Has anyone ever replaced foam
core with a more durable stable material ?

I knew I had read something about a similar issue once before - just got lucky that I found it.  Maybe the issue isn't the foam.  Not my idea, but one I'll likely have to use, at some point.  Hope it helps you.

If the grippers are too big, you can remedy the situation by weaving a rubber band from one opening to the next. Or, might buy some small rubber O rings at the hardware store and slip them over the gripper nubs, one per arrow opening.

One other thing is make sure your quiver straps are closer to your hand on or at the end of the fadeouts. If they are on too much of the limbs as the limb oscillates back and for it will work you arrows loose.

What I do with all my thunder horns is remove the foam and I cut about an inch off. Then I mark where the arrows will be with a marker and then I take a 3/8" drill but it a screwdriver and make a hole. The arrows sit much better that way and to much of the Broadhead isn't stuck in foam making it dull.
