Easton 6mm FMJ spine check

Just wanted to hear your guys thoughts on the 6mm fmj's . I have used the original 5mm in my compound for years and have always been satisfied. Normally shoot aluminums for my recurve. Im about to order a dozen Autumn oranges and here is the set ups im considering after doing some calculator work.
Heres my setup:

Bear Grizzly 55# drawn to 29(if form is good!)
FMJ .390 29.5"
175 grain head
standard insert
H nock, arrow wrap and 3, 4 inch feathers.

Arrow Total Weight (grains) 506

Arrow Specific Weight (GPP) 8.6

Front of Center (FOC) % 16.5

Arrow Speed (ft/sec) 192.4

Arrow Energy (ft-lbs) 41.5

Or should I bump up to a .320 (gun shy about these being too stiff) and add half an inch of length and a 75 grain brass insert?

What would you do?

I'd leave those 390s long and work down. No way that bow will need 320.

Don't have them cut. Let tuning determine what the proper length should be. I agree that the .390 would probably be the better choice.

Thanks guys. I think I just needed a confirmation on what my instincts were telling me. in regards to tuning, what do you guys normally do to glue your inserts in carbons so you can take them out and cut down your shafts? do you use hot melt?

Shooting close to the same set up with 390 spine 150 up front and cut 31.5" long 28.75 draw 57#. They seem to be frying good just fine tuning now.

I glue in the inserts and cut the nock end when tuning
