Don't get a window seat ! Lol it's scary your first time especially at take off and landing cruzing at altitude is a snap put the vent in your face kickback and enjoy the flight you'll be fine!! But I still talk to Jesus a bit still to this day before take off !!

I love flying and with small planes I could get us out or home probably in one piece but I can't see flying to hunt elk - too much equipment to camp and hunt effectively- if it is a guided lodge hunt might work - but I have brought 100% of several elk and two bull moose home and no way I could have done that without my truck.
