Spine is too heavy. Will more likely need a .800 spine shaft. You're going to be drawing about 28# at your 27-inch draw length. If you can find them, I'd suggest 75 or 125 grain points. Otherwise the arrow is going to be rather heavy and slow.
I usually don't worry about feather length, but in this case, I think 4-inch feathers would be better than 5-inch, and three fletch rather than 4 fletch. The more fletching, the more it slows the arrow, and three 4-inch fletch is plenty for stability.
Carbon or aluminum makes no difference, though carbon will be more durable. An aluminum in that light spine will bend pretty easily.
My guess is you'll need to cut them shorter than full length to tune them to the bow. 28 inches BOP will probably work if you have to have someone else cut them for you.
Velcro (the fuzzy side) works well for arrow shelf and side plate.
Elevated rest vs shooting off the shelf is a personal preference. Either will work. Might save a few bucks initially and shoot off the shelf and see how you like it.
