Neither model should be ANY concern with a 28" draw. You'd even enjoy shooting a 58" wolverine. He adjusts the riser length fade to fade to keep the working limb length proportional to a large degree. The Peregrine will just add a couple more ounces riser mass to the equation. Depends on your goals. Peregrine will be less string on your fingers relative to bow length and a little larger riser so, super smooth and some added stability, or if you want a shorter bow get the shorter bow. 28" draw guys are spoiled by options if you ask me. The 58" Wolverine would be great for you too if you need a blind or brush bow but the bow is very diminutive overall.
