fixed crawl on split tillered bow
«

I found a bow I really like online. Everything about it is perfect for me except it is tillered for split finger (1/8 positive I believe) and I am moving to a fixed crawl. Can I still get good flight and not too much noise from it even though it's tillered wrong?

That will depend on the bow and your tuning. If the bow is priced fairly you should be able to sell it if it does not work out. Also you will need to run a higher nock point.

"Not too much noise" is subjective. Every bow I have owned was somewhat noisier when shooting 3 under or the fixed crawl.

I'd wager that more than half the fixed crawl shooters are shooting bows "tillered" for split finger.
Should have no problem getting good arrow flight. Noise is another issue. Moving your hand down the string basically takes the limbs out of tiller, bends them unequally, and they don't recover equally, which leads to more noise. That's one of the trade-offs in lowering hand placement on the string.
