Hickory Shafts
« on: November 14, 2017, 11:49:00 AM »

This Warthog was taken with a heavy and tough Hickory Shaft using a Grizzly 185 single bevel head with a 200 grain Woodyweight. Don't forget about the Woodyweights, you will be surprised at the results that you will get from using them on game!

Heavy is correct. Made up a doz for a friend who was after Crocks in Africa some years back. He used one to kill a Warthog as well. He was sold on those arrows.

Hickory is heavy and hits HARD, and it's TOUGH! Very difficult to break one under normal conditions! My fav wood arrow!
