H.I.T. and Easton H inserts

Does anyone know if these two different inserts effect arrow spine the same or differently.

The only "H" I see are the 9 gr Microlite and the H-brass (50 to 75Gr).

The H.I.T Brass are also 50 to 75 gr., the Aluminum are 16 gr.

If you stick to either Aluminum/Aluminun and Brass/Brass it would not - maybe a hair with Microlite vs HIT aluminum.
