I just wrote an article on chasing javelina in the last TradArchers World.

Thanks everyone! Boy I wished I could help everyone understand how good and wonderful Javilana can be when it is taken care of correctly. I don't know if it is that I have just got lucky with to two small ones I have taken or if its in how I proccess them. I personally think its the later with the results of some of my friends larger boars. Do realize I'm very picky about my wild game and take it very serious and would not stand for any "gamey" taste. I find antelope and Mt. Goat much harder to work with.
